Order Processing

All SwipeMeTees products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production typically begins within 1 business day.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • Production: 1 business day

  • Shipping: 5-7 business days

Canada, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand

  • Production: 1 business day

  • Shipping: 5-14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items ordered.

SwipeMeTees offer free shipping for USA based customers, and discounted shipping elsewhere.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, delivery delays may occur and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at admin@swipemetees.com within 14 days of delivery.

Where possible, please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of any damage
